Woman Falls Into Fountain Whilst Texting!

I am not kidding you! I have watched this video so many times! I cant believe that this woman actually managed to fall into the fountain! when she fall in its like she stepped up on it! what on earth lol! I have heard that she is suing the mall! (I understand for the security guard that released the video) but I am soooo glad he did! this has to go down in youtube history for the funniest and maddest video ever! she should just be lucy she was not driving a car and texting!! (aww bless her wet clothes!) anyway! if I was her (gladly I am not!) I would use this to her advantage! go on all the TV programs and talk about it, make some money and laugh it off! I would want a copy of this myself! (lol wet woman walking around a mall... people must have thought WTF!) The lady also appeared on a news channel saying she cried for days (I do actually feel sorry for her (seriously)) but she then said its dangerous and she could have been walking infront of a bus! well my dear then that teaches you not to text and walk then doesn't it! and thank your lucky stars that you did not because that would not be fun to watch. Anyway Hope she recovers and dries off xx
happy watching

The Black Felt Tip!

okay so random I know but I am sitting here doing some of my portfolio work (well I am not at the moment because I am talking to you) but I thought about the black felt tip! Is it just me or does the black felt tip in a pack always run out first. Its so bloody annoying because you usually then have to go out and buy another whole pack just because that one pen has run out!. I did see in an art shop about ten million years ago a set that had two reds and two blues in it! (I sadly thought it was really cool and that company knew what they were doing!) why cant all companies do that? it can’t just be me who uses more black felt tip than petrol (maybe thats because I don’t have a car!) but it would be such a great idea! I know some of you will say “well why don’t you just buy the black ones separately” well no. that is the answer to your question. I do not want too :P (They are usually more than the whole pack themselves!) grr anyway... rant over and I must get back to my work... my black felt tip has not run out yet :P x

My Week - Day One

Yes I finally have a whole entire week off and I am just going to do what I want with it (girl power! huh see ya, hold tight!) So today I decided to go on a trip around London. I really wanted to go and see the Shard as I have been watching its progress over the last few years and now it has sprouted (I did originally say spurted!) onto the landscape and is the talk of the town. When the bus turned around the corner and you could see it my jaw dropped!... It is huge! (I always hear that!) there were people standing on the road taking photos and it just added a whole new dimension to this building other than... I just like it. It is not even completed and there is so much interest in the building.. I could wee myself with excitement, It is going to be amazing!!!

So apart from going to the shard I also went to the Tate modern and was very disappointed to find out that you could still not walk on the sunflower seeds (its an exhibition display at the moment (http://www.tate.org.uk/modern/exhibitions/unileverseries2010/default.shtm) Check out the link to the Unilever series in the turbine hall. Also the link to the Tate modern (http://www.tate.org.uk/modern/) I really do love all the Tates! I think they are so great to visit and unlike many museums and galleries.. if you leave it a month or two and go back then there are different things there (plus it is mainly free!) I do find it funny though with the videos that they play there. It always involves some naked woman rubbing something on herself!. Two displays that I really have liked though (and if any of you know what displays they are then please let me know because I would like to look them up) the first one was a room set up with large screens where they filmed different locations in a house and things moved etc etc and the other display was a room with screens where a guy had put video cameras in a round drunk and pushed it down a road somewhere and you see the views from inside the drum (pretty dizzy stuff!) but they were both amazing and I would love to read more into them if anyone knows anything about them!

After the Tate I decided to go to St. Pauls, I am getting a little tired of the place because I have been there so many times so I did go to a newly opened place called one new change. I went there on its opening and it was okay.. but today when I went there I asked if the roof terrace was open and it was so I managed to get pictures of the city from the roof of one new change! It was amazing (and very cold!) but it was such a nice end to the day as I watched the sun set before heading home!

Day one complete... I hope the week is as good as it has been so far!

Wake Up Dead (with no Knickers on!)

Why is everyone so ill!!!??? It should me made illegal to be ill! (actually no because then I would be arrested or fined and I really do not have the money at the moment!) I have come to the conclusion that we all have mini aliens in us and we communicate by coughing. When I get on ANY transport (there I did not start with “When I was on the bus”) one person coughs and then it is followed by about twenty other people all coughing all over each other. I feel a bit left out so sometimes I just cough along too so they do not think I am odd! But seriously... Every year (and this one is far worse!) We should all have to go home and hibernate over the flu season so none of us spread it!! I have had some sort of flu, runny nose, luminous snot, coughing until my brain falls out of my head...for coming up to a month! and I guarantee that when it goes away (IF IT EVER DOES!) then I will get it again within three days (I am like a bank balance!) but I really do hope that I wake up one day and its just gone completely!. I would actually run outside (try and find a hill somewhere and then dance on it waving my arms around in a blue dress screaming “the hills are alive with the sound of coughing!” (but it would not be my coughs) and then probably die of frostbite to the legs because I wasn’t wearing any knickers. (you have to do a Britney!) so yes for any of you that are feeling ill over the world I say this to you.. “Wear Knickers” its bloody cold outside!

This brings me onto the topic of wearing no knickers when you are out (for all those females out there) I just can not get over the idea that some people happily go out (in cold countries) with skirts on and are more than happy to let it breeze in the wind. Do you not get cold, it must make you ill and cant be that good for your lady region?! There would be nothing worse that waking up half dead with no knickers on, your legs spread and people staring, just saying!

London Fireworks 2011

I have to say that New Years 2011 firework display for London was something more than expected (I did think that nothing could beat last years display and also Dubai's display this year). It was the most beautiful firework display I have aver seen in my life (yes I have seen MILLIONS! (and I am not joking)) it even beats the previous display last year for London! A huge congratulations to London and also to the people the created it. It took 5 months and I am guessing many lorries of fireworks! What annoys me is people who comment each year saying it is a waste of money and that it should be better spent on other things and I completely disagree with this! This display alone would have made more money for London than it actually cost to fund it. People do not see that it benefits the city massively!. The amount of tourism that it brings and and also helps our economy. Its promotion for the city, entertainment and also makes many millions of people very happy. I honestly believe that it does far more good than bad and I hope each year it gets better and better! London you have done me and millions of other people very very proud!.

So to bring it back round to the actual display its self... I had my mouth open for the whole 10 minutes! (and not because I was ill!) I think I swore a couple of times and I really did not want it to stop!. I could even hear it outside my window which was amazing but I was very envious of everyone that was down at Embankment this year (its my first year of not going as I was ill) One thing that also makes this display like no other is that we are GMT, we have an amazing clock (and tower! and bells!) to play it out too and finally... what better stage than the London Eye to strap all those fireworks onto and set them off!!! Hope you enjoy the video and have a great New years!
